Joy Indian Cuisine’s Very Own Chef
Our chef has compiled a range of the most favourite Indian dishes you can choose from the menu. All these are cooked in style with all the tastiest of spices you can savour whether you are eating meat or vegetables or the combination of both. Mr. Madan is able to do these with the help of the 22 years of experience he gained as an international chef. These years of experience involved having worked in Taj Hotel at New Delhi for 2 years and Surriya Hotel for 3 years. He also had working experience in Mauritius, Hong Kong and Australia. Having him with us is something that Joy Indian Cuisine is more than proud of.
